they are going the pittsburgh rout. believe me, they'll be good soon.

its almost scary how similar their path is to pittsburgh. high draft picks in consecutive years and two of the games best already in the lineup. plus, they have stanley cup winning experience.

they are going to be a force sooner than later.

hedman is going to be a monster. but yes, they need a goalie.

guy, i was thinking the exact same thing watching that game. they have 2 stars, malone is pretty good and stamkos is legit but have nittimaki and mike smith as there goalies.

It looks like the Sabres passed Guy's test #1 against Edmonton with a 3-1 victory. Another sharp performance by Miller in the net.

Serious question Guy, what do you find fault with in Buffalo's 3-1 victory over the Oil last night? i'll be waiting.

he'll say the game was boring, there werent any fights (because the sabres are "soft"), edmonton is a bad team, and the score shouldve been 6-1.

he'll comment on the lack of powerplay production (which is true), but wont give any credit to the penalty kill (which was awesome).

and then he'll make a comment on how he'd rather have penner than vanek.

penner by the way, is a dog. calling my shot...sure he's hot now, but it'll fade, and it will fade hard by march.
