Gee, that didn't last long. With the media's collective face in Sidney Crosby's lap after the Eastern Conference Finals, you'd almost start to believe Pittsburgh had a shot in this series. I mean it's not like Pittsburgh's best player in that series is playing for Detroit now. Oh wait, he is! And it's not like they tried to replace Ryan Malone and Marian Hossa with Bill Guerin and Miro Satan. Oh wait, they did that, too! LOL!!!

But after two CONVINCING wins by the more dominant Red Wings, this series is officially over. Detroit will play for and achieve a split in Pittsburgh, if for no other reason than they want to win the Cup in front of their home fans rather than those mouth-breathing Pittsburgh fans (including their newest "fan" on this board, you know who you are).

Detroit outscores Pittsburgh 6-2 in the first two games even playing without their BEST player, Datsyuk. Where's Sindy? Wipe the Heinz off your faces, Pittsburgh fans!

Wait for it...

Wait for it...

LOLForrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreeeeeeeeeeeeeeHAHAHAHA...RACK IT!

CHOMP CHOMP!!!

well your indeed right, and Detroit is making it look easy. I really don't care about Pittsburgh. Like Buffalo they threw a ton of jack at a Goalie who is supossed to be "elite" and he isn't. Guerin was a great pickup but Satan is a joke. I'm more interested in what the plan is for Buffalo. Detroit is winning with Defense and goaltending, we don't even have one elite defenseman and Miller statistically is average. The big picture is managment who continually over values the players we have. In Detroit if you dont' sign up for what they do, your gone. The Sabres have a long way to go before being in Pitts or Detroits class. I'm glad there are so many people who sell out the games and like to go to watch substandard Hockey. As with a previous post i had. It's fun to blast Carolina or Pitt and rightfully so in some ways but i have a hard time doing it when my team misses the playoffs for two years and has no answers

Not so fast! The NHL's poster boy and team
has different ideas. Series tied 2-2. Malkin
should have been suspended for game 3. Let's
see where this goes. The NHL broke their own rules.
If that was a Kaleta, he'd be out. The NHL wants
nothing more than a cup for Cindy. Joke!
Watch!  Fixed!  Keep cryin' Cindy, your getting
your way!
Attention at Walley World: Orpik could bring the
cup to Buffalo this summer and join Marchant and
Adams who already did to do a show and tell to
the euphorian nation which Walmart will never win.
Sheowwwwwwnuff!

Rumor has it although the Penguins have resigned Guerin and Kunitz, they are interested in Heatley. It may be part of a 3 way deal with a western conference team. Rob Scuderi, a top minor leaguer, and a first round draft choice are the trade bait.
Unlike the DEADHEADS of the NHL, it has been PROVEN that Ray Shero is CREATIVE and Shrewed enough to make things like this happen.
Also it is FACT that Bryan Murray LOVES TO THROW TOP SHELF TALENT AWAY, ie CHARA.
If the Pens add HEATley, their NEXT CUP will be there in June 2010.
IMAGINE HOW SHINEY THEIR SHOES'LL BE THEN!!!!
This could be HENRYFOOLhardy and DALErious!!!!!
 SHINE EM UP LOSERSSSSS!!!!!

guy,

what has heatley proven other than he can score goals on a team prone to flaming out in the playoffs, and whine his way out of town whenever he feels like the coach is being too mean to him?

again...you're so predictable and typical. you hate everyone the bills or sabres have and love anyone else.

If heater was on the sabres you'd be saying the same things about him as ive been saying all along.

-perimeter player
-wont go into corner
-wont drop gloves (in fact...hides behind refs whenever challenged)
-one dimensional
-cry baby
-no heart

you're a joke, guy

Where'd you hear that, Guy? Eklund? Pittsburgh is going to have a hard time trading Scuderi considering he's a free agent.

Breaking News: Guy is wrong again. Oh wait, that's not news. Ever.

Actually th Pens should have the most players in the Olympics;
Crosby, Malkin, Gonchar, Fedotenko, Scuderi, Orpik, Fleury, and Stall at least. Possibly Kunitz and Guerin.
THATS A LOT OF SHINEY SHOES, EH?
 FOOLISH AND DALERIOUS MAN!!!

Pens resign Fedetenko and let Scuderi go to LA.
