Favre is the most overrated QB of all time. Hall of Famer? Yes, because of his passing records. He has to be one of the most selfish players of all time. If he would have retired in 2004, he would have walked away and everyone today would be saying "man that Favre was some kind of QB". Now he is nothing but a joke, a side show, has tarnished his career!! I may get alot of flack from you guys for saying this, but I am so glad the Bills did not sign him last year!! He would have done no better than Edwards (and just for the record, I'm not sold on Edwards either). Since 2000, Favre has thrown more INT's than TD's. He throws off his back foot, forces the ball, he by himself cost the Jets from making the playoffs and got their coach fired. I would take Mangini as the Bills coach any day of the week over loser Juron. Coaching is the only thing that is holding the Bills back. Ask any of the Jets players if they liked Favre? The answer will be NO!! I guess the circus may continue this year with the Vikings and they will may a huge mistake if they sign Favre!! I do remember so many of you on here saying last year to sign Favre, how do you think that would have worked out for us? I can tell you, no different than Edwards! Favre needs to walk away today and stop the attention that he craves! If he plays this year for the Vikings, maybe I can send him a couple of Vicodins!!

I'm sorry Rickster but noodle arm couldn't even shine Brett's shoes. For Trent the "Dent" is not worthy of such an honor. They've give this Edwards all the weapons any QB could dream about in Evans, Reed and T.O.! Trent is a huuuuuuuuge bust if he can't get the Bills into the playoffs this year. If that's the case I hope T.O. bites his stupid concussed head off! Brett Farve = Hall of Famer. Trent aka noodle arm = a 1/2 season away to being a ultra bust!

Dale, what happned you slept all year? Time to get the ding dongs and ho hos outta your muth and listen to reasonable sports fans. The thing is Dale my son, is that Trent has proved nothing, he hasn't even made the playoffs in 2 seasons at the #1 QB spot. Now what makes us think that 7-9 & 7-9 would make him a better QB than Farve? Farve has already won the Superbowl been to the playoffs many times while the Jills haven't. T.O. changes everything though and for better or worse. So start shoving popcorn down your three chinned pie hole Daley!

LDawg, I'm not sold on Edwards either, if he does not do any good this year, it's time to move on and get another QB. The point of my post though was Favre sucks! He would not have done any better last year as a Bill than Edwards!! Hall of Famer? Yes, of course because of his records, but the dude has stunk for years!!

you're no more reasonable than any other person here. you're just another guy with an opinion. you're nothing special.
as far as trent is concerned, where was it in my post did i make any claim about him being great or better than favre? all i said was that you're a typical buffalonian who hates whoever is on bills/sabres and loves anyone else.
as far as TO is concerned...he is a mid-30 year old guy past his prime who is clearly a marketing ploy to sell tickets. if you cant see that then you are no different than the sabres shill you berate daily.
will he make a difference? who knows. he will certainly give edwards more options, but he is not launching this team into greatness. if he does, great for them, but it will be hard when your starting running back is sitting on the bench for 3 games and it will be hard to get him on the field with the swiss-cheese defense the bills have.
how are those linebackers? is kawika gonna carry the D?
is the character oozing whitner gonna bust some heads like he did at the night club?
is aaron schobel gonna get his heart rate up at any time this year?
maybe the special teams will carry the bills. they can punt teams to death.

THE Most overrated QB In the history of the NFL. He couldnt shine JP's shoes. Let alone Trents. Not that Brett could bend over far enough to do it. of course he will be doing a lot of that soon enough when he gets bounced again from the playoffs early. |
