cowher has said no thanks,chucky staying at espn,and hopefully shanahan will be the next to say no thanks bills..im glad,yea glad,because plan b may be better,knowledgable front office hire,then a solid head coach hire...why you say should that be the route,for one check out this,what past superbowl coaches have done after winning a ring,then returning with someone else...

not one has ended up winning a ring....and isnt that the goal?????????
so think for a second..and if you have any common sense the answer will be easy...you really think,this team which has holes all over the place,is going to hire one of the ring boys,there gonna come in,do something they havent done before,thats also being the gm,you really think they will excell at being the gm & coach,and make all the right draft choices,and not to mention buck a 50 yr trend of being the first to win on there return ......YOUR DREAMING OR VERY VERY STUPID...not gonna happen,not in your lifetime..that just proves there is something to be said for the a good coach that may have had a taste and wants to get back,much more success that route...

just a couple of examples...so to me its easy....keep having the big boys say no,fire modrak & guy,hire a front office stud,then hire your coach and go from there.....that is the most releastic chance to success again...

Typically rejection, dissappointment, and amatuerism are FACTS OF LIFE in Barfalo at ALL LEVELS.
So the BAAAAD news coming from the Cowher Power camp, vis a vis becoming the leader of the Beasts is a sobering and painful reminder of how DEEP the "bad" is around here.
The Shanahan camp also doesn't sound like it's jumping up and down about Barfalo either...
All this makes me think Ralph has become irrelevant and is not AT ALL taken seriously within the NFL anymore...
Could it be that a credible new REAL football man may want to wait on a new and CREDIBLE owner being in place here???
Maybe the FIRST move should be for Ralph to just sell to The JIMBO group now and let the healing begin...

Time to clean house folks and I'm not just talking about Guy, Modrak and Brandon. I'm talking players:

Marshawn Lynch - a pure thug piece of garbage who falls down without being tackled.

Roscoe Parrish - cost us the worst game in Bills history against the Browns. How did this guy even get drafted.

Trent Edwards - Captain Checkdown, need I say more? Too many concussed games too.

Paul Pozsluzny - A big time defensive bust

Donte Whitner - The biggest defensive bust in Bills history. House gets robbed and he gets tasered in one year. THUG!

Reggie Corner - Cost us the last game against the Jags. No effort.

Aaron Maybin - He must be terrible. He had some nerve holding out. What a loser.

Demetrius Bell - Karl Malone's son is stupid. How many false start penalties did this guy cost the team alone this year? By far the most!

Ryan Fitzpatrick - Nice backup, but we need to move on.

T.O. - He never wanted to play here anyways. No effort at all.

yea everyones giddy with shanahan comming for a visit,but why?????
didnt do anything pre elway,or post elway,also for a period of time went thru qb's in denver faster then ralph goes thru geratol..and when was mikey boy ever a gm????? very tempting to be suckered into wanting one of the "boys" with a ring already,believe me i would love cowher to be marching up and down the sidelines here..but if u stop and think about it,you might feel differently.
-who says turning everything over to one of these guys brings you success,none have been a gm before? and that is where we need the most help..reference aaron maybin,eric flowers,mike williams, etc..etc..etc...
also how do you know there hunger is still there??? they already have there ring..who says that if they realize there over there head in a season or 2 they dont leave this thing in worse shape and bolt back to the tv set job...
in my opinion we would be much better served getting a talent guru,mabe pollians asst gm,or the steelers asst gm,take from a team the year after year excells in the draft..that is the foundation this team needs,we need inpact players and need them to step right in,no projects,no reaches.we need people up stairs that know what there looking at on saturdays,that will translate into wins on sundays!
then hire your coach,mabe a jim fossil,or marty,someone like that ,someone who still has the hunger to win there superbowl ring.if you have talent even a monkey could have success..example barry switzer..so please russ even though ralphie has giving you the green light,think twice before landing one of the big fish,it might be better served to consentrate on replacing modrek & guy first...

And how about our two ELITE goal tenders, both of them out played by rookies at the other end.

I imagine a few Euph's were ready and waiting to make me eat my words over my Sens prediction but,the odds makers have to love this match up...it's a lead pipe cinch.
