I don't know who's responsiblke for the polls listed on this blog, but they do say alot about the people employed here.
Take for example, todays poll.
Can you imagine implying that the MAJORITY OF ALL SPORTSFANDOM, who are undoubtedly Yankee fans, are the worst fans in the world???
CAN YOU IMAGINE THAT!??
Who has the warped mentality to imply things like that?
Where do you buy brains this bad?
Better yet, who allows things like this to be posted on a NEW YORK media outlet?

By the way if you didn't ALREADY know it, THE MIAMI DOLLFANS are, by far, THE WORST FANS ON THIS PLANET!

Outrage across the nation

Something is happening today. Notice how nobody except Yankee fan is congratulating the Yankee$ for winning the World Series. No there is a tidal wave of outrage that the Yankees got away with buying a championship. And rightfully so.

But the outrage is real. Believe it. I knew there would be some angry baseball fans but I didn't expect it to be like this. There is a tide of outrage across the country, on the blogs and the internet. People are demanding that baseball fix the system before it's too late. Eventually, baseball will have to listen to them before it gets sunk by a torpedo of apathy. I mean - if one team is ruining baseball for all the others, what's the point of watching?

In the meantime, Yankee fan knows they didn't really earn their title, it was bought. Congratulations to the Philadelphia Phillies for being the true World Champions. No congratulations are forthcoming to the Yankee$. With a payroll like that, the Yankee$ should have won at least 145 games and they failed to do so. So I will not congratulate them.

I'm done with this game until it's fixed. Or, preferably, the Yankees franchise is contracted.

I realize this is a sports board but after awhile posting on this board i feel like i can picture alot of people on here. Probably guess their likes and dislikes and what type of guy they are based alot on their posts....anyway im curious to find out peoples favorite television shows. It is a thursday and as i sit at work i am counting down the hours to its always sunny in philadelphia. Simply put one of the best shows ever created. If youve never seen the show you are missing out. I dont feel like my life would be complete without sunny, thats right, it completes me. My top 5 shows, in order from best to last are

1.) Its Always Sunny
2.) Sons of anarchy
3.) Entourage
4.) The Office
5.) Tie Between 30 Rock and True Blood

**The league is a show that comes on right after sunny and has just aired one episode but it is def promising

If you dont watch any of these shows i suggest buying the dvds and spending sundays watching them....What else is on Sunday worth watching? Hmmmm cant think of anything

As I write this the Phillies are rolling the Yankees and it's not even the 4th inning. I love it. All intelligent baseball fans in America are Phillies fans this week.

SHOVE IT BIG TIME! You have some nerve canceling you halftime ceremony during the Cleveland game and coming out this week cuz the team won 2 games in a row. You have some gall to come out and say to fans that you want to win them a Superbowl. You don't even try. UFL and CFL coaches are better than Jauron! There is no QB that is better than a high school star QB on this roster. TO can take his act and try it out in Hollywood cua his career is over with his stone hands and pitiful effort. The o-line is cheap and just a very dumb bunch of raw rookies. I hate this team plain and simple. The owner Wilson can move them now if he wishes. I don't care anymore. La and Toronto can have this crap and put up with it year after year too. I'm finished! DONE!

Ok, let's talk about the elephant in the room......the Bills linebackers are horrid, including Poz.....watching today's game, he's not even in the picture. At least London Fletcher made tackles downfield, this guy fills the wrong hole and disappears. At this point I don't think he'll become the stud MLB that he was projected to be.

whoever called the whiner line friday morning was nothing short of outstanding.

it was the call with the halloween theme playing in the background and the guy was going on about gustavsson and the leafs (kinda like i would).

it was a very henry-esque call. was it you henry?

anyways...well done, well freakin' done. i was on the floor dying. the halloween theme really cemented that one.

it was right up there with the deer call.

Yes it's great to see them doing so well but,PLAYOFFS! after nine games??REALLY?
What short memories these Euphies have,no wonder the glass house is packed with face painting,glass pounding Euphies.

leafs earn a point...watch out for kessel

just imagine what the leafs could have done with kessel in the line up against the stars.

the fact that they earned a point on the road is astounding for a team that wasted a bunch of draft picks and money on a guy who wont have marc savard feeding him gifts anymore.

the leafs can earn points without kessel. that to me...is scary.

forget the fact they've earned 4 points out of a possible 20.

forget the fact that gustavsson moves side to side like a slug in molasses

forget the fact that the leafs are the worst team in the league.
